A Mérida-based cabinet manufacturer building a national program for portfolio-scale builders. Operations in Mexico, sales and program management in Phoenix.
What we do
We manufacture cabinets and FF&E packages from a facility in Mérida, Yucatán, and we run the Cabo Pro Program for multi-region buyers across the United States. The program is structured around two volume tiers: National (1,000+ units per year, multi-region) and Regional (100 to 999 units per year, single region).
Why we exist as a program, not just a manufacturer
Most cabinet manufacturers run a build-to-order quote-and-ship model. That model creates eight to twelve week lead times on every release, regardless of buyer relationship. For portfolio-scale buyers, that lead time stack creates real, measurable schedule risk on every project. The Cabo Pro Program inverts the model: pre-built inventory at the factory under the buyer's name, seven-day release on call.
Who we serve
The program is built for multifamily REITs, top homebuilders, hospitality groups, and ENR-top general contractors with significant building exposure. We also supply distributors and smaller buyers project-by-project, but the program model is where we put our energy.
